A: Absolutely! We work with manufacturers to produce quality products at great rates. We offer replacement for damaged items received.

Q: How long does shipping takes?
A: Shipping time is affected by customs, logistics, holidays and seasonality. Shipping time below varies highly based on the products you order, 90% of the time it will take a shorter time than the maximum time listed below.

Q: When will you ship my order?
A: Processing time takes 3-5 working days. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

Q: Is your website secure with personal information?
A: We work toward protecting the privacy of users of our website and we do not sell/share any personal information to other people. We do not store your credit card information and this will only be used for your purchase.

Q: Do you provide tracking number?
A: We provide tracking numbers to orders from the US and most countries. If you would like to track your order, send us an email to and provide your Order Number. We will send the link to your tracking number.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We only offer returns/replacement for items that is damaged or received wrong items. If your order is eligible for a return, please refer to this page on how to process the return

Q: Where are the items coming from?
A: Our main manufacturer is in the US. But if our US warehouse ran out of stock, we will then ship it from our other warehouses from Europe and Asia.
